How much carbohydrates (in Gramms) are ok per day on Keto?

The simple answer is – the fewer, the better. The actual limit varies from person to person, and you will find yours by experimentation. I would suggest starting with a limit of 20g net carbs per day, and once you have established ketosis and started to lose weight, it may be OK to increase that limit until you find the level at which ketosis disappears.
