It would be very inappropriate for me to say that these are very harmful, and/or not harmful at all.

The answer is the same that it all depends upon which type of results you’re expecting.
If your question is that, “Will a diet pill work without change in my diet or activity level?’ then my answer would be (without a single thought) “no,”.
